Product:
Lori brings CD’s tapes, photos etc. to make available at each singing engagement . Products will be made available before the concert and immediately afterwards . The product table will remain set up during the performance.

One 6’ table is requested to display product is a visable area high traffic area.

Lori will also be available to sign autographs after the concert.

Set Up & Soundcheck:
If  Lori brings her own sound system , set up time should be 1 ½ to 2 hrs prior to concert time. During this time Lori will be doing a soundcheck.  Lori also asks if it is possible,  to have a 1-2 strong individuals to help carry in speakers and misc. items for set up and afterwards for taking down.

If  a sound system is provided & meets Lori’s requirements , the sound personnel should arrive 1 ½ - 2 hrs prior to concert time. ( arrangements can be made for an exact time .)

Travel Expenses:
Over 100 miles - All travel expenses are to be covered: airfare , parking & Lori’s vehicle, fuel to and from airport (240 miles) and hotel.  If Lori is traveling by air, her office will make reservations. The schedule and invoice of the flight will be forwarded to you.

Promotional Material:
All Promotional material to be approved before distributing.
